The clinic was founded and is led by Dr. Hendrick, MD, FACP. Dr. Hendrick has decades of expertise in multi-system disease management and has spent 13 years exclusively treating obesity and associated conditions. He earned an undergraduate degree in Human Biology and earned his Medical Doctorate from the University of Kansas. He is certified by both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. Dr. Hendrick’s comprehensive education, training, and experience allow him to provide effective and sustainable guidance for patients on their weight loss journeys.
Dr. Hendrick’s top priority is to help patients lose weight safely and effectively by taking the time to understand their individual obstacles (and options) when it comes to weight loss and metabolism management. “For many years, promoting health and happiness has been my passion. As a weight loss physician, I am proud to help my patients achieve a healthy weight and a healthy life. Unlike traditional weight loss clinics, our comprehensive program addresses the important issues of behavior, nutrition, emotion, disease, and medication, along with how they relate to your weight. Our physician visits are also billable to most health insurance.
